Applications are now available for the Summer Camp of 2008.  Please find the appropriate application below.  Read our FAQ page on how to apply, costs and other important information.  Remember that we do not begin accepting Regular applications until after March 1st, 2008.  Special Session applications are due immediately!

Regular Sessions
For campers having finished 3rd through 9th grades.  Please download and complete the following form.  Remember that we do not accept incomplete applications - they will be returned to sender.

Special Sessions
For mentally and physically handicapped persons.  Please download and complete the following form.  Return to Camp immediately!  Also, please fill out completely.  Incomplete applications will be returned to sender.

First Camp
For campers having finished 1st or 2nd grades, and their parents!  In addition to the camper application, parents must also complete the Parents Health Form.

Volunteer Staff
Please consider serving on a Camp Staff this summer!  We need you!  For individuals having completed the 10th grade and older.  Please also complete a Health Form for you and any of your children(Staff Kids!) that will be accompanying you to camp.  Please send in your paperwork, including your Background Check, as soon as possible, but ALL applications/forms are due by March 31st, 2008.
